At Nuba Jewelry, we aim to make delivery simple and transparent. Orders are processed before they are handed to the delivery carrier, so the delivery estimate begins after processing.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, launches or promotional events, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. International orders may qualify for free shipping on orders over £100, subject to the shipping options available at checkout.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not controlled by Nuba Jewelry.
Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before dispatch, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been shipped.
