Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Nuba Jewelry purchase. If you change your mind, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
• Items should be returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.
• Items that have been damaged through wear, misuse or improper care may not be eligible for a refund.
• For hygiene reasons, we may restrict returns of items that cannot be resold in a hygienic condition once worn.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or sent incorrectly, return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where the claim is valid.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll process the applicable refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We can’t guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
